Dementia Information SessionJoin us for an informative and supportive session exploring dementia, available support services and resources for people living with dementia, their families, carers and the wider community.
Hear from Dementia Australia**, **Whitehorse City Council** and **VMCH** about dementia, local support services and carer support. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and connect with local services.
