❤️ I'm excited in bringing you Chakradance in July, as a 9 week series called Chakradance Freedom!
🪶 We begin with an introductory Chakradance, where I guide you into the base chakra through to the crown, followed by a very specifically guided mandala art experience where, while you are still in the energy of your dance, chakra energy, you draw with pastels. Trusting spontaneous intuitive guidance that unfolds, creating a mandela, reflecting your dance. Your mandela sharing messages, symbolism & reflective moments with you.
🪶 Each week that follows, we then focus on these 7 energy centers one at a time. A dance of surrender & attunement. Aligning you with sacredly crafted music specific to Chakradance. Allowing the most beautiful powerfully deep inner connection. A somatic moving guided meditative dance, known to feel like a waking dream. Followed by your unique to you, Mandela Art Intuitive drawing.
