CERT IV IN DANCE EXPERIENCE DAYDiscover our nationally recognised Certificate IV in Dance, delivered in association with the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD).
If you're an intermediate to advanced dancer aged 15–25 with ambitions of pursuing a career in the dance industry, our Experience Day is your opportunity to discover if our program is the right fit for you.
Our Certificate IV in Dance is a nationally recognised qualification designed to complement your current training and studies. Students attend one day per week (Thursdays during school hours) while continuing their academic studies at school, TAFE or university.
At Paradox, we've created a program that goes beyond the traditional classroom. Our students train in a professional performance company environment, working alongside our contemporary dance company, NUDO, while developing the technical, creative and performance skills required for a successful career in the industry.
We're looking for dedicated, driven dancers with an intermediate to advanced level of training and a genuine ambition to pursue a career in the dance industry. This is a course for students who are ready to work hard, embrace challenges and immerse themselves in a professional training environment.
On the Experience Day you will:
• Participate in contemporary, Jazz, Urban and creative development classes.
• Experience company-style training and rehearsals.
• Meet our faculty and current Cert IV students.
• Learn about the nationally recognised qualification and course structure.
• Discover the professional performance opportunities available throughout the year.
• Tour our facilities and experience the culture of Paradox.
Whether your goal is to perform professionally, continue into full-time training, work within the dance industry or take your training to the next level, this Experience Day will give you a genuine insight into life as a Paradox Cert IV student.
