Ever wondered about how the magic of playback is stitched together? Hobart Playback Theatre Company are running an introductory workshop to the craft of improvised theatre, internationally known and practiced as Playback.The day is crafted for those curious and willing to step into the world of spontaneous playfulness, movement and sound. All levels of performing arts experience are welcomed. Bringing simply yourself and who you are is all that is required. All people, from all walks of life, diversities and experiences are especially encouraged.
Wear clothes to allow easy movement, bring some lunch and snacks to share.
This workshop is free, a gift from us to all you beautiful humans.
Bookings are required.
For those who wish, contributions can be made to the company, supporting us to keep bringing playback to the Lutruwita community.
The space is wheelchair and all abilities friendly.
