Taiwanese Noodles Meet Australian Beef. A Bowl beyond Belief.Taiwan's most iconic comfort food meets Victoria's world-class beef — a collision of flavours, and a journey across cultures.
Two master chefs from Taiwan take the stage: Arron Huang presents the delicate art of clear-broth tradition, while Lo Chin-Han brings the bold depth of Sichuan-Hakka red-braised flavour. Red vs. White — and you get to decide who wins.
Every guest receives a Beef Noodle Passport and embarks on an immersive stamp-collecting journey — tasting broths, sampling Taiwanese side dishes, and hand-making noodles (limited spots available).
With every bite and every stamp, you write your own Taiwanese flavour story.
And to wrap things up, a prize draw awaits — with plenty of prizes up for grabs!
