About

Embrace being a winter person in the charming Georgian town of Oatlands. Enjoy hearing Jean Elder & Rhonda Hamilton talk about their experiences recording the oral histories of 18 notable Tasmanian landscapers, gardeners, and plantspeople for AGHS. The venue is the historic 1829 Court House with views to Lake Dulverton.
Walk the town with Alan Townsend, Heritage Projects Officer for Southern Midlands Council, to discover historical gems, cows in the lake, & whimsical topiary.
Morning tea, lecture, guided walk & lunch are included.
