The Chairman of Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation - Mr Mark Stone AM and President of the North East Branch Mr Travis Carroll invite you to attend a Police Memorial Dedication Ceremony honouring Constable Joseph Delaney 6389.The Blue Ribbon Foundation North East Branch committee together with their volunteers and with amazing support from the local community and sponsors have given their time and resources over many years to honour fallen Victoria Police members and support their local community hospital services. Their committment to 'Remembering Lives by Saving others' has enabled this Dedication and contribution to Benalla Health to occur.
