Domestic violence is a significant concern in our society and often presents major pastoral challenges. We believe it is important that the church is equipped to face this issue with understanding and resources for the task. We believe it is important that the church is equipped to face this issue with understanding and resources for the task.This basic training will cover recognising the signs of domestic violence, how it impacts those affected, how to respond to disclosures appropriately, including reporting obligations and referring.
