AICD-AIHE 4-Day Foundations of Directorship for Healthcare
About
This four-day program provides aspiring healthcare directors with a comprehensive overview of the main components of health board directorship. Enabled by an exciting new collaboration between the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australian Institute of Health Executives (AIHE).Learn the fundamentals of the boardroom with the Foundations of Directorship™ Health Variant program.
Designed for aspiring and new healthcare directors, the Foundations of Directorship™ Health Variant program is comprised of four one-day courses, Governance for Directors, Risk and Strategy for Directors, Finance for Directors and Clinical Governance Foundations.
On completion of the first three days of the program, participants will receive the AICD Foundations of Directorship™ Certificate. On completion of the fourth day of the program, participants will receive the AIHE Clinical Governance Foundations Certificate.

Day 3 – Finance for Directors
