AIHE Workshop | Implementing ACSQHC Cx Governance Model
About
With the introduction of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care's (ACSQHC) National Clinical Governance Model, healthcare organisations must move beyond compliance and develop integrated governance systems that consistently deliver safe, high-quality care. This intensive workshop provides healthcare leaders with a practical approach for implementing the National Clinical Governance Model within their organisation. Participants will learn how to translate the model into practical governance structures, reporting systems, accountability frameworks, committee processes and organisational practices that strengthen oversight and improve patient outcomes.
At AIHE, we move beyond generic governance training. Our approach is patient-centred, data-driven, and deeply practical, ensuring you leave with skills you can apply immediately in your organisation.
