Join us for a day of yoga, mindful movement, music, learning, and community as we celebrate International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice at the beautiful Hovea Ashram. The program includes Hatha Yoga, inspiring talks, relaxation practices, South American music, and shared vegetarian meals in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
