Introduction to Emergency Relief CentresYou are invited to take part in Introduction to Emergency Relief Centres as part of the Eastern Metro Councils Emergency Management Partnership (EMCEMP) Training Calendar. The training will be held at Knox Council Civic Centre and will help you to gain an understanding of what an Emergency Relief Centre(ERC) is and how it operates, you will learn about the roles and responsibilities of staff, ERC Team structures, staff deployments and the process and setting up and packing down a Relief Centre as per the facility management plan.
