Welcome to the Trybooking for the Mavis & Mordy (and Friends) Harkaway Bludge Camp. Bookings for this event will open midday on the 17th of June and close on Midday on the 5th of September 2026. 

There are three ticket options available:
1. Bunk Accomodation: Cost is $55 per person + transaction fees - Covers accomodation and food. 
2. Camping Accomodation: Cost is $50 per person + transaction fees - Covers camping and food.
3. Saturday Night Only: Covers Camping for Saturday night,  Sat Night Dinner and Sunday Breakfast. Cost is $30 + transaction fees. 

The proposed menu for the weekend is:
Sat Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Hashbrowns, English Muffins 
Sat Lunch: Sandwiches 
Sat Dinner: Roast Spit Dinner, Potatoes, Garlic Bread, Vegetables. 
Sun Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Hashbrowns, English Muffins 

BOOKINGS WILL CLOSE ON THE 8TH OF SEPTEMBER AT 7:00AM

REFUNDS: 
Refunds will be possible until the 1st of September. After the 1st of September 50% will be refunded. After the 8th of September, no refunds will be processed. To make a refund please contact Mason Harvey from Mavis Rovers at mason.harvey@vicrovers.com.au
