Sheridan is a POWERHOUSE in the hairdressing industry and the sole Creative Director of MAMAWEST. Sheridan’s name is synonymous with creativity, community and excellence, having scooped up numerous awards including FAME TEAM Artistic Team of the Year, Victorian Salon of the Year 2023, Newcomer Salon of the Year, Most Innovative Business of the Year, Contribution to Business Award awards & Victorian Hairdresser finalist 24’ 25’ 26’, New Creative Talent finalist, HOT SHOTS finalist.

Sheridan is fiercely dedicated to nurturing the next generation of hairdressers, paving the way for a bold and inclusive future in the industry, and her passion for creative colour & cutting is next level.

KRISTINA RUSSELL - A.H SALON GROUP COLOUR DIRECTOR:
Kristina is an internationally recognised colour educator known for her expertise in reds, coppers and corrective colour. Join her for two complete colour transformations from consultation through to finished result, exploring natural-looking coppers without unwanted root glow and colour placement techniques designed to enhance curls, coils and waves

Her first model explores one of the most misunderstood colour services in the salon: copper. Learn how to determine the ideal lift, avoid unwanted root glow and create natural-looking copper results with confidence. Kristina will share the consultation, formulation and placement decisions behind creating reds and coppers that clients love and colourists feel confident maintaining.

Her second model focuses on colouring curly, coily and wavy hair. Discover why techniques designed for straight hair often disappear into texture, and learn colour placement approaches that enhance curl patterns, movement and shape. Kristina will demonstrate practical techniques designed to create bold, visible dimension while working with the natural texture of the hair.

JAMES AKERS - A.H SALON GROUP CUTTING DIRECTOR:
James began his career at the prestigious Mahogany Hairdressing in London’s Mayfair, where he quickly progressed to Creative Director and became part of the internationally renowned artistic team, travelling globally to deliver shows and seminars.

After a short stint in Australia, James returned to London to lead education for a number of respected brands, including Taylor Taylor London and Slate Hair Education, shaping training programmes and mentoring the next generation of hairdressers.

Now based in Sydney, James is the Cutting Director for the A.H Group, where he delivers education both internally and externally, and as part of the A.H Artistic Team, works on collections while driving standards and creativity across the brand.
