Completion of this 1 hour webinar and submission of the self-checked assessment task will deliver 1 formal CPD point.
Learning outcomes – Participants will gain a better understanding of resources and tools available to apply in practice to support business resilience, workplace culture and wellbeing, development of compliant practice policies, compliance with regulations and employer obligations, and offerings to support CPD and PI insurance requirements. Participants will also better understand the role and purpose of the ACA in industrial relations and advocacy and how they can actively engage with the ACA to better support their practice.
AACA Units of Competency and Performance Criteria: Practice Management and Professional Conduct – PC1, PC2, PC4.
A certificate of completion will be issued on submission of answers to CPD questions. Please keep your receipt, completed questions and certificate for your CPD records.
