This webinar extends Code, Chance, Create to the Year 7-8 context, with students using Python to code a simple chance experiment on a micro:bit and recording the data obtained in a spreadsheet. The activity supports students to move beyond describing events as likely or unlikely, instead using numbers to quantify chance more precisely. Students will use frequency counts and descriptive statistics to compare individual game results with combined class data and explore how experimental outcomes vary from theoretical expectations.Hosted by Adelaide University CSER Maths in Schools Team - Dr John West
