Firbank Grammar and Brighton Grammar are proud to present the Years 7-9 Musical, Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Jnr.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory JR. tells the magical story of kind-hearted Charlie Bucket, who wins a once-in-a-lifetime tour of Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory alongside four mischievous children. Featuring beloved songs like “Pure Imagination” and “Oompa-Loompa Song,” the adventure begins with a worldwide search for five Golden Tickets hidden in Wonka bars.
Inside the factory, guided by the quirky Oompa-Loompas, each child faces the consequences of their bad behaviour—one by one meeting comical downfalls. Only Charlie remains, proving their honesty and humility. In the end, Wonka reveals the tour was a test and rewards Charlie with the greatest prize of all: becoming the heir to the chocolate factory.
