Are you trying too hard with your drawing? The saying goes "you have to let go of something, for it to come back to you." In this workshop Ann will show you how to use ink with a stick to allow more freedom to enter your work, and to open up more possibilities for a more exciting outcome. From a range of images from gum leaves, birds and trees we can create tonals to give your work depth as well as the ink and stick creating more interesting line work. Application of water and minimum brush work creates more interest. Later when dry, enhance with soft pastel colours - be bold. take a chance, you have nothing to lose! It's time to let go of control and let your drawing take over.Date
