The webinar also addresses current industry challenges, including rising operational costs and workforce shortages, offering actionable frameworks that can be adapted across various facility sizes and organisational structures.
ABOUT GORAN:
Goran Rajchinoski is a highly experienced aquatic and leisure professional with over 25 years in the industry. A former competitive swimmer, he holds a Master’s in Swimming (biomechanics), a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and sport Science, and a Diploma in Business Management. He has held senior leadership roles, including State Aquatic Manager (NSW) with Belgravia Leisure, and is currently Team Leader – Swim Programs at Sutherland Shire Council, where he focuses on high-quality program delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence. Sutherland Shire Council, are also known as Southern Performance Squad program, with Goran as the initiator of the partnership with Swimming NSW.
Goran has lectured at the University of Technology Sydney and internationally, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise. Known for his collaborative and people-focused leadership, he is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality aquatic programs.
