Sweet Smoke Showdown will be held as an ancillary contest at Smokin’ In The Valley on Saturday, 1st August 2026.This contest will be KCBS double-blind judged.
We want competitors to have fun creating their best dessert and bringing something unforgettable to the judging table. Be bold, be creative, and serve up something that lights up the judges’ eyes.
It could be a pie, cake, crème brûlée, pudding, tart, cheesecake, or any sweet creation that makes an impact.
Most of all, create a dessert masterpiece that leaves the judges wanting more.
