Join us for a special Heritage Dining event celebrating 100 years of the Gillies Highway. Step back in time and experience an evening inspired by the food, stories and traditions of early Queensland, served within the historic surrounds of Little Eden.Begin with warm herb and cheese damper shared to the table before enjoying a banquet-style heritage feast of thick-cut corned beef with sweet mustard sauce, roasted chicken with pan juices, buttered potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Finish the evening with warm sticky date pudding and caramel sauce.
Throughout the night, hear stories from the 100-year history of the Gillies Highway, the communities it connected, and life on the Atherton Tablelands when Eden House first stood in 1912.
