Grace is an Australian hair stylist, educator, and AHFA Commercial Colourist of the Year Winner 2026 with over 20 years of industry experience. Her career has evolved across every level of salon life, editorial, commercial, and education, giving her a depth of understanding that comes only from time, hands-on work, and real-world experience.
Meg is the founder and Creative Director of Master Muse, one of the Hunter's leading makeup and beauty businesses. What began as a passion for makeup has grown into a thriving team working across weddings, commercial campaigns, editorial projects and education.
This panel will explore how businesses evolve over time and the courage it takes to embrace new opportunities, pivot when needed, and build a business that aligns with both professional ambitions and personal goals.
