About
Melbourne-based teacher Meredith Davies returns to Newcastle to offer this weekend workshop. A deep dive into the Shadows Map of the 5Rhythms Cosmology.Bring curiosity and movement into the places where we get stuck, intense, confused, distracted and zoned out.
The weekend will be a playful, open hearted exploration of the human condition that will cultivate a new way of experiencing old patterns.
We will harvest gold from the way we resist, realise the gifts and have fun while doing it.
SCHEDULE:
Friday night 6:30 - 9pm: Both part of the workshop and open to dancers not attending the full weekend (Limited numbers)
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm: Dancers must attend both days
This counts as 2.5 days of Waves hours – prerequisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training.
