About
Join us for the first of three Healthy Ageing Wellness Sessions designed to help you stay informed, independent and connected.This free session, aimed at people over 50, will feature guest speakers sharing practical and easy-to-understand information on topics that matter as we age.
* Amanda Grimmer from Dovida Home care will discuss Support at Home.
* Edwina Spencer from Bolton Clarke will present on Basic First Aid.
You will have the chance to ask questions and connect with others in the community. Everyone is welcome here.
This event is designed to be inclusive and accessible for people of all abilities.
Please arrive at 9.15am for a 9.30am start.
Morning tea will be provided.
