Terms and Conditions
By submitting an entry to the BCAS Spring Art Show you agree to the Conditions of Entry and that your entries may be photographed and used in promotional materials online and in hard-copy by BCAS.
• All entries must be the original work of the exhibitor and be for sale
• Up to 3 entries may be submitted by each artist – limited to one large, approx 1m x 1m per person
• The entry fee is $12 for non-members or $8 for members
• Entry forms and payment MUST be submitted via this online entry form by 5pm on Friday 16th October 2026
• BCAS will retain 20% of the sale price of each exhibit sold – to add this to your own price multiply your price times 1.25.
• All pictures must be mounted and wired using ‘D’ rings for hanging
• Pictures larger than 1m x 1m will not be accepted due to limited space.
• Entries will be accepted and displayed at the Committee’s discretion
• The Committee takes every care with the exhibits but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss
• Exhibits must be clearly marked on the back with: Title, Artist’s name and Sale Price
• Exhibits must be delivered to the Goods Shed on Monday 26th October between 12noon and 4pm
• No changes to entries will be accepted after 26th October.
• Unsold entries must be collected between 4pm and 5pm on Monday 2nd November or by arrangement
