How To Be Well - Mindful Art
About
This workshop focuses on combining mindful art practices to help participants build a deeper connection with themselves. It introduces the basics of mindfulness and encourages letting go of judgement, creating a safe and reflective space. Participants will then take part in a guided painting activity based on the prompt: “Paint your own interpretation of your favourite thing about yourself,” whether a personal quality or physical feature. This process supports positive self-reflection, helping to challenge negative thought patterns and highlight strengths. Participants will have time to explore and complete their individual artwork within the session.Date
