We are delighted to confirm that the Australia-India Business Council (AIBC) has been selected as a Welcome Partner for the historic Community Summit in honour of the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, to be held in Melbourne on Thursday, 9th July.Our members have the opportunity to register their expression of interest (EOI) for complimentary invitations. The event will take place at Marvel Stadium, Docklands in Melbourne, VIC.
Important Event Information:
Group Limits: A maximum of 5 people (1 applicant + 4 family members) may be registered in a single application. Families wishing to be seated together must register together.
Age Restrictions: Children must be 7 years and above to attend. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Strict Security & ID: A digital or physical invitation alongside a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, etc.) will be strictly required for entry. The name on your ID must exactly match your registration. No ID, no entry.
Process Verification: Please note that registration does not automatically guarantee an invitation. All applications will undergo internal AIBC verification, followed by a mandatory RSVP confirmation email that you must respond to.
Policy: Invitations are non-transferable. Duplicate or misleading registrations will be disqualified.
