When the notorious Captain Bree and her crew of lady pirates encounter a ship carrying wealthy passengers, prisoners and a collection of unlikely heroes, the voyage quickly descends into chaos. As pirates take control, loyalties are tested, ambitions emerge and everyone finds themselves caught in an unexpected adventure on the high seas.Presented by C.A.T.S. in collaboration with the Bay Island Singers, The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree is a swashbuckling musical comedy exploring identity, belonging and what can happen when unlikely people come together.
Featuring a cast of local performers and plenty of pirate mischief, this community production brings together two island organisations in a celebration of live entertainment and community spirit.
So gather your crew, bring your first mate, or mutiny and find a new crew at the show! Pirate attire is encouraged, so don your best pirate hat and join us for an exciting adventure on the high seas!
