Wild Dining at Glenrock Gardens
About
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon amongst the spring blooms of Glenrock Gardens, celebrating the flavours, producers and wines of the New England.
Wild Dining is the signature opening event of the Tenterfield Spring Food & Wine Festival – a long-table dining experience showcasing the region's seasonal produce, talented chefs and award-winning local wines in one of Tenterfield's most picturesque garden settings.
Set amongst the spring blooms, guests will enjoy a six-course degustation menu inspired by the season and crafted using the finest local and regional ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Knucklehead Wines, with the winemaker providing insights into the stories, varieties and pairings throughout the evening.
The evening will feature:
- A six-course degustation menu celebrating New England produce
- Carefully matched Knucklehead Wines with each course
- Meet the winemaker experiences and guided wine commentary
- Long-table dining in the beautiful surrounds of Glenrock Gardens
- An intimate and relaxed atmosphere celebrating food, wine and community
