This fun and beginner-friendly aerial workshop is the perfect introduction to the world of aerial arts!Over 90 minutes, you'll learn the basics of aerial silks, lyra (aerial hoop) and hammock in a supportive and welcoming environment. No experience is needed—just a sense of adventure and a willingness to try something new!

What to Wear
✔️ Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely

✔️ Hair tied back if long
🚫 No zips, buttons, jewellery, watches, or clothing that may snag the equipment.
Please bring a water bottle and arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
