The Indian Community Basketball Championship (ICBC) returns in 2026 for its second edition, proudly hosted by Arena Sports Academy in Canberra.
More than just a basketball tournament, ICBC 2026 is a celebration of community, culture, competition and connection. Our vision is to bring together Indian basketball players, families, supporters and fans from across Australia while encouraging greater participation of the Indian community in sport.
Whether you’re competing on the court, supporting from the sidelines, or partnering as a sponsor, ICBC 2026 promises an exciting day of basketball and community spirit.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (approx.)
Divisions
🏆 Men’s Division (Maximum 8 Teams)
🏆 Women’s Division (Maximum 4 Teams)
Prize Money
Men’s Division
🥇 Champions – $1,000
🥈 Runners Up – $500
Women’s Division
🥇 Champions – $500
🥈 Runners Up – $250
Eligibility
• Players must be of Indian origin.
• Minimum age is 16 years.
• Players aged 16–18 years must provide written parental/guardian consent.
• Interstate teams are welcome.
Tournament Format
• Pool games followed by knockout finals.
• Multiple guaranteed games for each team.
• Official tournament schedule to be released closer to the event.
Team Registrations
Team registration fees will be announced soon.
Registration closes on 25 September 2026 or earlier if all team positions are filled.
