• Legal and financial levers - when and how funds can be reallocated, what’s enforceable, and how to navigate contributions across residential and commercial tenancies.
• Futureproofing techniques - learn how and when to revise Maintenance Plans to ensure alignment with inflation, escalating materials and labour costs, and asset longevity.
