The Bendigo District RSL Sub-Branch cordially invites Life Members and Partners, Service Members and Partners, Affiliate Members and Partners, as well as Guests and Partners to a special Bendigo District RSL Formal Military Dining Night event on 05th September 2026, starting at 5:30 pm. This event includes our Guest Speaker Mark Squirrell OAM. Mark has endured car bombings to meeting Yasser Arafat and making it to the summit of Mount Everest, Mark 'Squiz' Squirrell has experienced more than many can dream about. When he headed to the East Timor Crisis in 1999 he was setting out on the adventure of a lifetime. It was a journey that would see him navigate some of the globe's most brutal war zones to deliver emergency aid and conquer the world's tallest mountain.

Cost: $20.00 each, for Veterans and their Partners ($20.00 drink card reimbursed on arrival), and $40.00 each, for Affiliates and Guests.

Dress code: Mess Dress / Lounge Suit / Formal Attire
Dinner: A three-course meal served alternately.
