Under the light of the full moon, you are invited to join Kara for a deeply immersive Gong Bath experience designed to restore, reset, and realign the body and mind. This sacred sound journey will guide you into a meditative state where vibration does the work, softening tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for emotional and energetic clearing.Held in the grounding and atmospheric setting of The Old Church, this session offers a rare pause from the noise of everyday life. As the gong frequencies wash through you, you’ll be supported to drop out of thinking and into pure sensation where the body can finally exhale and the inner world can settle.
This is an intimate gathering with limited spaces, designed to keep the container safe, spacious, and deeply restorative.
