Learn about:

In today’s fast-paced business environment, many women are balancing ambition, work and personal responsibilities.

Join clinical psychologist and Mindspace Consulting founder Dr Queenie Wu for a practical and inspiring keynote on wellbeing, stress management and sustainable performance.

You’ll leave with practical strategies on how to recognise stress early, avoid burnout and thrive through change and uncertainty.

This session will explore:

  • Common pressures facing women in business and leadership.

  • Recognising and preventing stress and burnout

  • How culture, migration and identity can shape wellbeing at work.

  • Inclusive approaches to wellbeing that resonate across diverse workplaces and experiences.

The session is also designed for women from different multicultural backgrounds. Drawing on psychology and her personal experience as a migrant and business founder, Dr Wu will also share insights on how diverse experiences can shape wellbeing at work.

Monash Women's Business Network is your gateway to valuable connections, education and learning opportunities. This is an exclusive event, people of all genders welcome.

About the presenter

Dr Queenie Wu is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Mindspace Consulting, a women-led multicultural psychology practice with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Dr Wu’s story will feel familiar to many. Arriving in Australia as an international student, her experiences navigating a new language and culture inspired her commitment to improving access to mental health support for culturally diverse communities.

In 2019, she founded Mindspace, growing it from one woman’s small practice into a multidisciplinary team supporting communities across Australia.
