No one knows us as well, or has the power to wound us, quite like a sibling. In their recent novels, Anna Johnston, Dinuka McKenzie and Sophie Stern explore the sibling relationship and what happens when these bonds are threatened by lies, betrayal and competing versions of the truth. Can we ever truly know those we think are closest to us? And once fractured, can these bonds ever be restored?
