BNF Shooting Squad with Coach Danny (Wednesday Mornings)!BNF Coaching is excited to be running BNF Shooting Squad with Coach Danny throughout Term 3 for committed U12 and U14 players who are looking to improve their shooting technique, consistency and confidence.
This weekly program is designed for representative players or strong domestic players who want to take their shooting to the next level through consistent reps, high-quality coaching and individual feedback.
Across the 9-week program, players will work on key shooting fundamentals including technique, balance, footwork, shot preparation, rhythm, confidence and game-based shooting. Sessions will also include shooting off the catch, shooting off movement, shooting under pressure, decision making and finishing reps where appropriate.
The goal of the program is to help players become more confident and consistent shooters, while giving them quality repetitions and feedback each week in a focused training environment.

What to bring:
Players should bring a basketball, drink bottle and wear suitable basketball training gear.
