Hoskinstown Kitchen Jam are a group of 10 regular musicians who have met for a friendly monthly Jam at the Hoskinstown Hall (in the Kitchen of course) for nearly 7 years, They play a mixture of Australian, Irish, Old Time, and Bluegrass folk music with a mix of songs and tunes,Paverty Bush Band is one of Australia’s longest-running and most cherished bush bands, bringing traditional and contemporary songs and tunes to audiences with warmth, humour and infectious energy.
Featuring guitar, bass, fiddle, mandolin, flute and whistles, rich harmony vocals and plenty of good old-fashioned bush band fun, Paverty creates a celebration of Australia’s musical heritage.
From songs that invite audiences to sing along, to stories that reflect on old and new traditions and the changing Australian landscape, Paverty Bush Band delivers a performance that is heartfelt, spirited and full of community. Come and celebrate with Paverty!
