A fun, welcoming school holiday session designed to help girls build confidence, make new friends and learn simple wellbeing skills in a supportive environment.📅 Thursday 9th July

👥 Maximum 6 girls per session
⏰ Choose one session:
• 9:30am – 10:45am
• 11:15am – 12:30pm
• 1:15pm – 2:30pm
What we'll be doing:
✨ Getting to know each other
✨ Confidence-building activities
✨ Friendship and connection games
✨ Positive affirmation practice
✨ Simple relaxation and mindfulness techniques
✨ Lots of fun, laughter and encouragement
What to bring:

👟 Enclosed shoes
Parents and carers are welcome to stay, connect with other families and learn more about Rise Youth while the girls participate.
