About
Join us for a vibrant and uplifting African djembe drumming workshop series designed especially for veterans and their families. Through the power of rhythm, this welcoming space offers a chance to connect, unwind, and share meaningful moments together. No experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore! Guided by an experienced facilitator, participants will learn the basics of traditional West African drumming, build confidence, and experience the joy of creating music as a group.
Drumming has a unique way of bringing people together. It encourages teamwork, fosters connection, reduces stress, and creates a strong sense of belonging.
