You are invited into a gentle, heart-led evening held under the energy of the July New Moon in Cancer.This New Moon carries a deeply nurturing quality, supporting emotional reset, inner safety, and reconnection to the heart. It is a time to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
The evening will begin with guided breathwork and a heart-centred meditation designed to support presence, grounding, and nervous system regulation. From here, participants will be guided to journal and write a personal affirmation or intention, which will be placed on a shared altar as a collective offering.
We will then sit in the medicine of Rose—symbol of love, emotional healing, and devotion—supported by rose tea, oracle reflection, and quiet inner connection.
The journey continues with a deeply immersive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and support relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance, accompanied by energy healing and sacred mantra.
This is a space to exhale, soften, and restore within a supportive and contained environment aligned with the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon.
🌹 Each guest will also receive a nourishing Ayurvedic Rose Facial Steam to extend the ritual at home.
An intimate gathering of just 6 participants, held in a safe, supportive, and restorative space.
