EMBODIED CONSCIOUSNESS

A weekly guided meditation circle exploring presence, inner awareness and expanded consciousness.

You are warmly invited into a deeply held space of guided meditation inspired by Quantum Healing Hypnosis.

Mondays, 6.30pm - 8pm.

Full term: 27 July - 21 September, 2026.

Through profound inner journeys, we enter receptive states where awareness expands and meaningful insight unfolds. The intention of this group is to raise our individual and collective frequency - together we create a more vibrant, powerful field than alone.

Blending modern understandings of consciousness with ancient gnostic wisdom, this work supports you to:

Each week, we will explore foundational principles drawn from the ancient Mystery School traditions, woven together with contemporary understandings of consciousness, healing, remembrance and embodiment. The themes build progressively throughout the term, supporting deeper grounding, self-discovery and expanded awareness as we navigate the evolving energies of our times. While there is a clear framework to the program, sessions will always be responsive to the wisdom emerging from the group field.

Within this committed circle we are free to deeply explore our own inner processes in the safety and support of a coherent group field, and to expand our capacity to work within a high frequency, heart centred community.

This multi-dimensional work can help you clear, heal and grow across all areas of your life—nurturing physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, spiritual growth and sense of purpose.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.

When you book in and purchase your ticket here, you will have access to all sessions for the entire term. Each session is both stand alone and gently building on the previous one, so if life happens and you miss a session, you'll still be able to jump right back in.

Payment plans are available if that helps - we don't want anyone to miss out.

The term courses are designed as a commitment for the full term. However, if you'd like to come along on the first night to see if it's the right fit, you're welcome to pay $30 for that session. If you decide to continue, you can simply pay the remaining balance to join for the rest of the term. Please contact Krishna if you'd like to take this option.
