Certificate level course delivered by tajweed and ijaza qualified teacher Sr Aneela Najeeb.Semester Dates:
13 July to 18 September
29 September to 18 December
Total investment: $200 + $5.50 Try Booking fees
Textbook pdf will be provided but students may purchase a physical copy from Darrussalam if they wish.
Classes will run every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Beginner level will cover:
- Book 1 of "Tajweed Rules of the Qur'an" by Ustadhah Kareema Czerepinski
- Memorisation of juz 30
- Recitation of juz 29
- Brief tafseer and taddabur taught by Sr Sabheen Gul
- Assessments and final exam
- Certificate will be granted to those that meet all set requirements
Detailed breakdown of weekly course content, course expectations and certificate requirements will be shared with registered students.
Those that successfully complete beginner level will be able to move on to intermediate level in 2027, insha Allah.
