CATHEDRAL PARISH'S GOT TALENT!
About
On Friday 31st July, there will be a concert held in the large hall adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral (3 Lyons Street South, Ballarat) from 7-9pm, featuring performers from the Cathedral Parish. The concert will be an opportunity to bring our parish communities together - Ballarat, Ballarat North, Beaufort and Streatham - to experience community outside of our Liturgy. We are inviting singers, actors, dancers, comedians and magicians to perform.
There will be a $15 fee to attend the concert. PLEASE BRING A PLATE AND SOME NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS TO SHARE!!!
Proceeds of the concert will go to support the Cathedral Choral Scholars’ visit to Geraldton. The visit has been endorsed by both Bishop Mark Freeman and Bishop Michael Morrissey of Geraldton. It will enable the Choral Scholars:
· to represent St Patrick’s Cathedral to the Catholic community in Geraldton
· to support and uplift an isolated parish in Geraldton with their music
· to grow in their faith and have a positive experience of the Church as young Catholics.
