Heart Medicine is an invitation to remember.

To remember the parts of yourself that have always been whole.
To soften the armour you’ve carried for so long.
To breathe more deeply, laugh more freely, and reconnect with the love, joy and aliveness that is your true nature.

Over two sacred days we will gather in ceremony on beautiful ancestral land, weaving together ancient traditions with modern healing practices in a safe, trauma-informed and heart-centred space.

Whether you choose to join us for Saturday, Sunday, or the entire weekend, you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.

✨ Saturday 15th August • 10am - 6pm

A day devoted to opening the heart, calming the nervous system and reconnecting with your authentic self through:

Together we create a space where healing unfolds naturally through breath, music, movement, prayer and authentic human connection.

Alma Sagrada Tribe will also be contributing their signature Ceremony of Breath.

As the sun sets, we gather around the fire, sharing food, stories, songs and laughter beneath the stars.

Those joining for the full weekend are invited to camp on the land and wake with the sunrise, held by the beauty and stillness of nature.

🔥 Sunday 16th August • 10am - 3pm

On Sunday we enter the womb of Mother Earth through the ancient tradition of the Temazcal (Sweatlodge).

🔥Fire Starts : 10am 

🔥We enter the lodge around: 12pm 

Guided by experienced facilitators, we gather around the sacred fire before entering the lodge in prayer.

Within the darkness and warmth of the Earth, we are invited to release what no longer serves us, remember our prayers, and emerge renewed, cleansed and deeply connected.

While we wait for the grandmother stones for the lodge to heat in the sacred fire , we will complete our journey together with a beautiful Despacho Offering — a sacred Andean ceremony of gratitude, reciprocity and blessing for ourselves, our families and all of life.

Sophie is the founder of Conscious Flow Breathwork a passionate Holistic Health Coach, Mindset Coach, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Facilitator, Trauma Release,  Breathwork Facilitator, Cacao ceremonialist, NLP Master Practitioner, Timeline Therapist , Hypnotherapist , Sound Healer, Meditation & Mindfulness Compassion Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and teacher. 

She she is here to help you move beyond the traumas of the past, outdated believes, and patterns.  Opening your heart, connecting to your highest self and true essence , raising your vibration, and awakening the healer within you, are at the core of the practices she lovingly shares.
