How Bookings Work
Tours operate between mid-July and mid-December and are dependent on harvest schedules and suitable weather conditions.
When you purchase a ticket, you are securing your place on the registration list—not a specific tour date. As suitable tour dates become available, participants will be contacted in the order bookings were received (first in, first offered). If an offered date doesn't suit you, you'll remain on the registration list and be offered the next available tour.
Weather & Safety
Cane fires are subject to weather conditions, harvest operations and safety requirements. Tours may be postponed or cancelled if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe. In these circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of rebooking onto another available tour or receiving a full refund.
Important Information
Suitable enclosed footwear is required.
Participants must be 18 years or older to receive the included cocktail. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available.
