Turn Screen Time into Future Skills!Does your child love playing video games? Imagine them creating their own!
Over 9 exciting weeks, your child will learn how to design, code and build their own arcade-style video games using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. They'll develop real programming, problem-solving and computational thinking skills while having an incredible amount of fun.
By the end of the course, every student will have a portfolio of original games they've designed and coded themselves.
No previous coding experience required.
What They'll Learn
Throughout the program, students will:

💻 Learn programming concepts including:
Variables
Loops
Events
Functions
Conditionals
🧠 Apply maths and physics concepts including:
Coordinates
Velocity
Gravity
Collision detection
🐞 Learn debugging and problem-solving techniques
🎤 Present and showcase their finished games with confidence
