Celebrate the magic of winter at Amstel Club’s Christmas in July lunch with a generous festive buffet that brings together traditional Christmas favourites and contemporary Asian-inspired flavours.

Perfect for social clubs, community groups, businesses, families and larger celebrations, this special lunch event offers a warm and welcoming way to gather, celebrate and enjoy the festive spirit in the middle of winter.

Guests will enjoy a delicious Winter Buffet featuring spiced pumpkin soup with freshly baked dinner rolls, Asian festive bites including spring rolls, samosas, prawn cutlets and steamed dumplings, plus a fresh salad bar with Caesar salad, Thai apple and cucumber salad, and seasonal garden salad.

The carvery station will feature Bali-style roast pork leg, honey glazed Christmas ham and classic roast turkey, served with cranberry sauce, spiced apple sauce, traditional stuffing and rich roast gravy. A selection of hearty mains will also be available, including herb garlic chicken with creamy mushroom sauce, slow-cooked beef Massaman curry and Cantonese style salt and pepper calamari.

Guests can complete their meal with seasonal sides, a dedicated kids’ corner and a sweet treat table featuring plum pudding with custard brandy sauce, pavlova with fresh berries, Vietnamese coffee chocolate mousse, mango vanilla mousse, fresh seasonal fruit, mini cake slices and jelly cups.
