Overview:Join a free 3-hour interactive online workshop to make sure your communications avoid ageist language and imagery.
We all want a community that respects and values people at every age. Sometimes the way we communicate can unintentionally reinforce age-based stereotypes. By thinking differently about how we speak and represent ageing, we can help create more inclusive communities.

Who is this for?
People working in communications, human resources, ageing, or programs for older people such as community development and health promotion.
Professionals working directly with older people in settings such as community centres, libraries, retirement living, healthcare and fitness.
What you will gain

• Practical tools to communicate effectively across diverse groups
• Strategies to challenge age-related stereotypes
The workshop includes videos, group discussions, and practical activities.
