Graceful/Solo/Duo Custom Costume BookingsPlease read all terms an conditions before booking.
1. The selected date is your completed costume collection date.
2. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide music/colour/concept details for each costume 30 days prior to the collection date. Due to the high number of costumes being created we are not in a position to follow you up for this information. Should you fail to provide this information you order becomes void and deposited forfeited
.
3. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to hold a custom costume.
4. Receipt of deposit is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions
5. All designs remain the property of Miss B Couture Costumes. Any sketches, concepts or designs are not to be shared with any other persons.
5. Once your costume has commenced full payment becomes due and payable by the agreed pick up date. Failure to do so removes any rights you had to the design and construction of the costume. The costume then becomes property of Miss B Couture Costumes.
6. No costumes will released until full payment has been received.
